Rich has more than 20 years of experience in the business continuity and risk management marketplace, running programs and implementing software in both Europe and North America for some of the world’s largest organizations. He also holds an MBCI certification from the Business Continuity Institute.

While not at work, life in the Cooper household revolves around soccer. This proud father of three sons (who all play soccer) has a U.S. National Coaching License. Rich also passionately supports Corazon alongside the LA Galaxy and Adidas, which is a charity that puts on a soccer tournament for underprivileged kids from seven communities in Tijuana, Mexico.
