The Product Showcase series is a presentation delivered by a Fusion expert on the third Wednesday of every month. The topics dive deep into Fusion products, features, and capabilities and incorporates a product demonstration and Q&A.

Topic: Operational Resilience – Leveraging Compliance, Program, or Control Frameworks

Description: Effective Operational Resilience practices, influenced by Risk Management Programs, include an alignment with industry, compliance, regulatory, or internal control frameworks. The need often exists to establish a practice based on guidance or mandate through industry frameworks (e.g., NIST and ISO), and to readily evidence alignment or compliance to those frameworks.

This session will demonstrate how to effectively utilize the Fusion Framework’s “Control Framework” and “Control Objectives” functionality to accomplish this goal. Expect to leave this session with the following key learnings:

• Understand how to incorporate and organize industry, compliance, regulatory, or internal control frameworks in the Fusion Framework System
• Learn how to identify the relevant framework objectives and map those objectives to program activities to evidence compliance
• Utilize key risk or performance indicators to continuously monitor your compliance health and take direct action when necessary
• Track logged compliance issues which stem from continuous analysis of program alignment
