Description: This session covers how Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Carnegie Mellon leveraged the Lightning Experience to re-imagine the user experience of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans. By adopting an agile methodology, peer benchmarking, focus groups, and a university-wide communications strategy, ERM launched the Lightning Experience in January 2020 to critical acclaim. Melanie Lucht will share the story of ERM’s Lightning journey and provide a demo of CMU’s Lightning Experience.
