As CRO at Fusion, Paul Ybarra leads and oversees all revenue generation processes in the organization, including sales, marketing, and customer care functions. He focuses on growing the company’s customer base and facilitating a good company culture internally and externally.
Paul has more than 20 years of management experience, with more than 15 years of success in the telecom management industry for SaaS. Throughout his career, he has held multiple sales, marketing, and communication positions, from startups and new businesses to long-established enterprise companies. Paul holds a bachelor of science in public relations from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Paul is also a bit of an adrenaline junky, as he and his best friend take turns picking “Bucket List” items to complete each year. Previous years activities have included running with the bulls in Spain, skydiving, hand-fishing, and celebrating Groundhog’s Day in Pennsylvania.
