As Chief Resilience Innovation Officer, Steve has more than 15 years of experience in the risk and resilience industry and is an original architect of the Fusion Framework® System™. Through leadership roles in sales, services, and product management as well as his focus on customer success, Steve brings a diverse set of skills and experience to Fusion’s customer community.
Steve also leads strategic engagements for customers across industries with specific expertise in financial services and banking. Steve is a regular presenter at customer and industry events and works closely with industry analysts and strategic partners to establish Fusion as a market leader.

Steve has certifications in the Salesforce Lightning Platform and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems as well as his MBA from the University of Cincinnati. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family in Chicago, cooking, and playing guitar.
