DRJ Fall 2022 will provide attendees with all the tools and knowledge to respond to today’s disruptions and tomorrow’s emerging threats. These tools help to reduce downtime, increase safety, secure data, and reduce overall risk. Attendees will learn how to prevent disruptions or respond swiftly when they occur.
David Halford, Vice President of Crisis and Continuity Solutions, will lead a session titled “A New Approach to Mentoring” on Sunday, September 11 from 12:00-12:45 p.m. MDT. During this session, a success story will be shared of a mentee and mentor completing the 10-month DRJ Mentor Program.
Bogdana Sardak, Director of Risk, will take part in a session titled “Evolving Crisis Management: Framework and Flexibility” on Monday, September 12 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. MDT. This session will review past successful and unsuccessful crisis responses, elements of a resiliency program which support effective crisis response, and what role team cognition plays during crisis.
David Halford, Vice President of Crisis and Continuity Solutions, will also take part in a session titled “The Evolution of Resilience” on Wednesday, September 14 from 10:45-11:45 a.m. MDT. This session will discuss highlights from the past four days of DRJ Fall and also explore the evolution of resilience in today’s changing world.
