We’ve wrapped up the Fall 2019 – Engage User Group Season!

Decorative imagesWhat a season! Lots of exciting things took place from August – November. We closed out the Fall 2019 User Group season with 15 User Groups taking place in the US, Canada, and the UK. We also expanded our User Group portfolio by adding Nashville. Registration was super strong this season with more than 600 global community members registered. And let me tell you, we are thrilled by these numbers!

You asked and we most certainly listened. We tailored the fall agenda based off the feedback from the spring surveys (shows how important filling out those surveys are). The agenda focused on innovations in operational risk management, driving end user engagement, digital transformation, and effective strategies for managing an incident.

A special shout out to all of our wonderful customer spotlight presenters! We appreciate your time and dedication. The Fusion Community enjoyed learning from you!

Not only did we have our powerhouse product team present at the User Groups, we were lucky enough to have our very own global community members present compelling topics throughout the User Group season. From learning about Philips’ journey to an integrated risk platform presented by Global Business Continuity & Resilience Leader, Rob van den Eijnden, to seeing a live use case for incident management presented by Senior Manager, Security and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Emergency Crisis Manager, DeBorah Lozada, at City of Hope – the season was filled with dozens of fascinating topics delivered by Fusion’s global community members. And, we can’t thank them enough.

Our hosts not only went above and beyond by welcoming us with open arms into their offices – some even set up unique tours specific to the hosts’ company. To name a few, Southwest Airlines gave us a tour of their Network Operations Center and Nike showed us around their campus. Each was a great experience!

Hear what some of the attendees had to say!

We’re able to really talk amongst the different industries and get perspective, not just from Fusion being there and sitting at the table, but from the clients. And, we speak very candidly and just work through our problems, our challenges, and also our wins.

– Shelly Munoz, Emergency Crisis Manager, Box

It’s a great community. They really want to see you succeed. Which I think above and beyond anything else, is what you want when you’re managing a program knowing that you have partners that didn’t sign the contract and they disappeared.

– Stephen Sackett, Business Continuity Manager, Ulta Beauty

Thank you to our 2019 Fall Hosts
