Todd Seiffer

Todd Seiffer serves as Chief Financial Officer at Fusion Risk Management, where he leads the company’s global finance and operations functions. With more than two decades of experience in financial leadership roles across technology-enabled and private equity-backed organizations, Todd brings deep expertise in strategic planning, capital management, and operational excellence.

Before joining Fusion, Todd was Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Q-Centrix, a healthcare enterprise clinical data management technology company, where he guided the business through a period of significant growth. Prior to that, Todd served as Chief Financial Officer at Businessolver, a leading provider of SaaS-based benefits administration solutions. Todd also held senior financial leadership positions at Allscripts, a NASDAQ-listed healthcare IT company. Earlier in his career, Todd held roles in investment banking and finance at Bear Stearns, Banc of America Securities, and PwC.
