Fusion Risk Management Appoints Todd Seiffer as Chief Financial Officer to Drive Financial Strategy and Performance
Chicago, IL — Fusion Risk Management, Inc. (“Fusion”), the leading provider of enterprise resilience software, has announced the appointment of Todd Seiffer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Seiffer brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across technology-enabled, publicly traded, and private equity-backed organizations.
Seiffer joins Fusion from Q-Centrix, a healthcare enterprise clinical data management technology company, where he served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer, helping guide the company through a period of expansion. Prior to Q-Centrix, Seiffer was the CFO at Businessolver, a provider of SaaS-based benefits administration and outsourcing services. He also held a senior financial leadership role at Allscripts, a NASDAQ-listed healthcare IT firm, where he led strategic financial planning and analysis and supported multiple M&A integrations. In previous roles at Bear Stearns, Banc of America Securities, and PwC, Seiffer built deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic transactions.
“Todd’s proven track record of driving performance at high-growth companies makes him a natural addition to our leadership team,” said Mike Campbell, CEO of Fusion Risk Management. “We’re excited for this next chapter and confident that Todd’s knowledge and experience will be instrumental as we continue to build on the work of his predecessor, Jim Stewart.”
Jim Stewart has been an integral part of Fusion’s growth and success over the last seven years, helping establish the company’s strong financial position. His expertise, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on Fusion’s people, culture, and performance.
“Jim’s contributions to Fusion have been extraordinary,” said Campbell. “His steady leadership and deep understanding of our business have helped position Fusion for long-term success.”
Seiffer holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and dual undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Art History from Rutgers University. He is also a registered Certified Public Accountant.
“Fusion has built a powerful foundation rooted in innovation, customer impact, and operational excellence. I’m thrilled to join this team and contribute to the company’s next phase of growth,” said Seiffer. “Our strong market position, expanding product capabilities, and commitment to resilience come at a time when organizations need it most.”
