Implementation and Support Services often includes much more than handing you the keys to a shiny new software product. Our teams of business analysts and developers provide an array of services to help you get off to a successful start and have a process in place to sustain your program.
Process design – A successful business continuity program begins with process design that defines who will be involved, what will they do, how will they do it and when. The BCMS should support and enable your management process. Our Consultants and Business Analysts will make sure that the Fusion Framework® is configured to support your business continuity management process.
Requirements definition – A well thought out business process will generate requirements for the BCMS including, but not limited to changing fields, page layouts, formulas and workflows. Our Business Analysts will listen to your ideas and freely share ours so that we can define requirements that will ensure customer success.
Configuration – Clicks, not code. Configuration of the system to align with your business process and subsequent requirements is critical to success. We don’t stop there, though. We look for ways to configure the system to do things you never thought possible like formulas, workflows and impressive reports and dashboards.
Custom code development – Sometimes requirements will drive the need for custom code to make something easier, more functional or faster. Our development team stands ready to make adjustments needed to make your implementation a success, or to listen for ideas that can make the Fusion Framework better for all our customers.
Support services – Many of the common support tasks are automated with the Fusion Framework, but help is always available, just in case. Your Systems Administrators will be trained to easily and quickly handle the vast majority of support cases. If your administrators need help, our support team is always available to provide expert assistance. A Client Portal provides an easy way to submit and track cases.
